No. Google Ads is part of the Google connection. One Google sign-in covers Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Search Console. You connect once and every one of those is available to your assistant. Meta works the same way: one connection covers Facebook Ads, Facebook Page posts, and Instagram. One connection per ecosystem, not one per product.

The Google Ads tools are external-source retrieval tools. They report on campaigns, keywords, search terms, and spend, and they do not write back to your Google Ads account. The permission requested is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. That is the only Google Ads scope Google publishes and it has no read-only variant, so on the consent screen it reads as broader than what the tools do with it.
